| Assisted | The Autopilot mode that prepares work and stops for review. See modes. |
| Author mode | Who produced a post: Autopilot, Assisted or Human. |
| Autopilot | The automation layer that runs the content pipeline on a schedule. |
| Blog | The public site a Project publishes to. |
| BloggedBot | The crawler that reads public pages on your behalf. See BloggedBot. |
| Competitor Blog Watch | Scheduled monitoring of competitor blogs, producing signals you can turn into Topics. |
| Content Direction | A lane the blog writes in, carrying its own approval policy, length, and call to action. |
| CTA | A call to action placed in published posts. |
| Custom brief | A post request you write yourself instead of selecting a Topic. |
| Direction share | How much of the blog's output belongs to one Direction. |
| Entity | A subject the Knowledge Engine holds facts about: your product, a competitor, or a category. |
| Free grant | The other signup offer, on an eligible account's first Project: 3 posts, 40 Topics, 15 images and 7 competitors, with no card. It is a lifetime total, not a monthly one, so it never resets. Claiming it asks for a public post on X. See the Free grant. |
| Full | The Autopilot mode that can carry a post through to publication where the Direction allows it. |
| Funnel stage | Where a Direction or Topic sits in the buying journey. |
| GEO | Generative engine optimisation: structuring an article so an AI answer engine can quote it correctly. |
| Internal link inventory | The set of published posts a new draft is allowed to link to. |
| Knowledge fact | One claim about an entity, tied to the source it came from and a verification state. |
| Lead | A reader who shared contact details through your blog. Their email consent state may be pending, active, or unsubscribed. |
| Lead capture | The mechanism that invites a reader to hand over an email address. |
| Post | An article at some point in its life, from idea to published. |
| Project | One product with one blog. The unit pricing is applied to. |
| Signal | Something Competitor Blog Watch noticed that may be worth writing about. |
| Slug | The URL segment identifying a post on your blog. |
| Strategy | The approved description of what the blog is for, which produces Content Directions. |
| Taxonomy | The categories and tags posts are filed under. |
| Topic | A specific article worth writing, approved before anything is drafted against it. |
| Trial | One of the two signup offers: a three day allowance over a chosen plan. Which offer an account is assigned is decided once, at first signup. See the trial. |
