The editor is where a draft becomes a post you are willing to publish. The article is on the left; everything that decides how it performs is in panels on the right.
Quality and discovery
- Content score
Readiness, blockers and priority fixes. The blockers are the part that matters: they are the reasons a post is not ready, listed in the order worth fixing.
- SEO and taxonomy
Title, meta description, slug, indexing, category and tags. See categories and tags.
- GEO checklist
Whether the article answers directly, carries the right structure and schema, and cites specifically enough for an answer engine to quote it correctly.
- Search Console
Indexing verdict and thirty day performance for this URL, once Search Console is connected.
Authority and visuals
- Internal links
Verified opportunities, matched to the section they belong in. See internal links.
- Sources and citations
The references behind the article's claims, and where each citation sits. See sources and citations.
- Cover image
Automatic, manual, or none. Upload a file or choose an approved asset, with alt text, credit and the social preview.
- Article images
Section level visuals: placement, source, generation and review. See placing images.
Conversion

Which call to action this post carries and where it appears.

Whether this post invites an email address.

Saving and publishing
Saving is explicit. The editor warns before you navigate away from unsaved changes rather than saving over your work in the background.
Publishing is subject to the post's Content Direction. A post in a review Direction cannot be published straight from the editor by
someone the policy does not allow; it moves to needs_approval instead. See
review and approval.
